Matthew Luhn – Former Lead Storyteller & Animator at Pixar

Matthew Luhn is an accomplished storyteller, instructor, motivational keynote speaker, and story consultant, with over 20 years’ experience creating stories and characters at Pixar Animation Studios. Alongside his story work in Hollywood, Matthew works with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and other professionals how to craft and tell stories that bridge the gap between business and heart to build stronger brands and business communication.

Arnaud Aujouannet – Senior Vice President & Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at O-I Glass

Arnaud Aujouannet leads sales and marketing for O-I. He is focused on enhancing commercial productivity and ensuring delivery of customer value through product innovation, market knowledge, and customer support. He and his team are focused on stabilizing the company’s base business, developing new business, and accelerating the deployment of innovation. Arnaud joined O-I in June 2015, and served as vice president of sales and marketing in Europe, before being named to his current position in 2017.

Prior to joining O-I in 2015, Arnaud spent a combined 22 years working at Procter & Gamble (P&G) and Gillette. Arnaud held various international, leadership positions within Sales, Marketing, and Innovation. Some of his positions included: Commercial Director for Oral Care Greater Europe, Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer for a P&G JV (Pharmaceutical) and Global Account Director taking care of Carrefour Global. Throughout his career, Arnaud has been focused on creating packaging that tells the brand’s story and stands out on the shelf. He has worked with some of the most common household name brands and has successfully crafted unique stories for each one, and translated that story into the packaging to truly connect with target audiences.

Arnaud holds an executive master’s degree from CEDEP (INSEAD group), a C level in industrial marketing from the CNAM in Paris and a Masters of Business Administration from the ISG, French business school.
