We are focused on increasing all aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion across our team. We’re following our DE&I roadmap to maintain progress. Our goal is to continue to create awareness and a shared accountability for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our leaders are actively involved and our grassroots efforts continue to build momentum.
We encourage our employees to create and govern employee resource groups (ERGs), grassroots-style groups that promote discussion and allyship around shared characteristics, life experiences, and common interests. ERGs provide a unique environment for thought leadership, professional development, learning, networking, volunteerism, supporting recruiting and employee retention. We currently have seven ERGs operating across our global footprint. They’re dedicated to creating a culture of understanding for the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities, multigenerational cooperation, and gender and racial equity.
